Terms of Service

CrocoBrain turns your content into a sourced, structured AI brain. The free tier is available without payment under a monthly active-usage allowance; paid tiers (Solo, Studio, Pro) raise that allowance. Your stored sources remain readable and exportable regardless of tier.

You are responsible for your account and for the content you ingest. One workspace is provisioned per signup. You must have the right to ingest the content you add.

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; on cancellation your workspace returns to the free tier — your data is never held hostage and export stays available. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to access other tenants' data. We isolate each tenant's data; abuse may result in suspension.

You retain all rights to the content you ingest and to the wiki the service generates from it. We process it solely to provide the service.

We aim for high availability but provide the service “as is”. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months. The service does not give professional advice.

These Terms are governed by French law. Consulting engagements are governed by a separate agreement, not these Terms.
